Greenhills will receive guest throughout the year; in summer you probably won't need the A/C although we have a very good one... but in winter you will need some heating, and that is why the prices during heating periods are a bit higher. In any case, we strive to exceed the expectations!
PRICES
Prices may differ from the seasonality and/or part of the year, lenght of your stay, whether you are coming over weekend or during the week.... but in general we are charging between 145 and 185 EUR per night for the whole house which can accommodate up to 4+2 persons.
The prices and Terms of stay for Christmas and New Year's periods (between December 22 and January 15th) are arranged individually and per request.
We charge 50 EUR extra for cleaning per stay.

Minimum stay: 2 nights

Discount for stay longer than 1 week: 10-20%, depending on the lenght of continuous stay

Deposit for pre-confirmation of booking: 30% of total reservation amount

Final confirmation of reservation: 100% payment 15 days prior to arrival

Free cancellation: latest 15 days prior to arrival (100% return of any payment)

Cancellation fee if 5-14 days prior to arrival: 50% of payment

Cancellation fee if less than 5 days prior to arrival or no show: no return of payment

Surcharge for cleaning: 50 EUR per stay

Party policy: NO parties; any damages to the property will be surcharged

Pets policy: although we are pet lovers, in general we do not accept pets; we might make an exception for a very small dog, but it will than be subject to extra surcharge for cleaning

And last but not least: each GREENHILLS guest group will get a ZAGORJE CARD, which allows for 10% discount during 5 days at selected cultural, gastronomical, health/SPA and fun venues in the Heart of Zagorje region!
